Experience

1 Must have led program management for silicon and software co-development of complex products for 5+ years 2 Must have working technical expertise in silicon and/or software development for 15+ years with increasing responsibility

3 Must have played key role in development, validation & customer shipments of complex products.

4 Must be exposed first hand to memory and interconnect technologies, and software/firmware needed to make them work in data center.

5 Must have managed program budgets: creating, tracking to plan and adapting when needed No. Required Competencies -

Skills

1 Demonstrated engineering expertise in one or more areas of architecture/micro architecture, RTL, DV, firmware software or system design or system validation.

2 Must be familiar with traditional waterfall planning as well as agile development methods and adapt program management techniques to the programs.

3 Expertise in program management techniques and tools including Gantt Charts, Kanban boards, big reporting and triaging. Ability to code or vibe code custom dashboards is a tremendous plus.

4 Must have skills and experience in physical semiconductor and system products, not just IP or software.

5 Exposure to AI systems, servers, storage, networking is a highly desired. Experience with certification requirements of such products will be a tremendous plus.

No. Responsibility and Authority 1 Will be the program director to coordinate the development, integration and validation of multiple worldwide teams.

2 Will organize reporting to executive staff for high level milestones, and translate them to intermediate smaller measurable steps.

3 Organize efficient meetings with individual teams and for cross-functional coordination. Success is measured via meeting milestones not by number of meetings organized.

4 Will identify problems early, respond quickly and help engineering teams and leaders work out course correction plans.

5 Must have tenacious personality and communicate fearlessly.
