- 18+ years of total IT experience
- At least 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing and delivering large programs as a Delivery/Program Manager
- At least 5+ years of experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies
- 8+ years proven experience delivering D365 CRM
- Working experience with Retail, CPG customers.
- Lead Multiple client delivery, meeting revenue, gross margin and client satisfaction goals
- Technical expertise in Digital Technologies includes Data & Analytics, IOT
- Awareness in DevOps and CI/CD
- Awareness in Cloud implementation Azure, AWS
- Expertise in development processes (agile, iterative incremental and other latest methodologies), quality and testing best practices.
- Must have experience in delivering Fixed Price Programs/Projects
- Must have experience in owning and delivering Proposals/Pre-sales activities
- Proven working experience in program/project management and associated processes
- Program/Project planning, tracking, and Reporting with KPIs and SLAs
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
- Resolving cross-program issues and strategic issues with senior stakeholders
