Program Delivery Officer

Job Location: Chamrajpet, Bangalore

A well established educational organization with over two decades of experience is seeking a dedicated Program Delivery Officer. This role is based in Chamrajpet, Bengaluru. We highly encourage applicants residing in or around Chamrajpet to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Training the teachers on how to implement early school programs in their class.
• Class Observation with children to ensure the program has created an impact on children.
• Retraining the teachers based on the requirement.
• Maximizing business from existing schools by showing value to the school management.
• To support / manage the assigned area schools.
• Travel within city limits of Bangalore.
• Travel within the State or Intra-State travel of Bangalore and approximately 10 days of travel outside city travel in a month Tumkur, Mysore, Hubli and Mangalore.

Qualification & Skills required:

• Any degree with excellent communication skills (Preferably BA Literature/English)
• Experience of 1 to 2 years in a training delivery and/or teaching or product demo is essential.
• Strong communication, presentation skills and MS Excel skills
• Willingness to travel (Visit schools for training)
• Relationship building & experience with teaching/training to the audience.
• Good communication skill sin English and Kannada (Hindi preferred)
