About the Role:
The Program Data Product Manager (DPM) is responsible for leading the end-to-end development and continuous improvement of Data & AI (D&AI) products. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that data products (specifically the Gold Layer) meet user needs, stay within budget, and are delivered on schedule
Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Planning
- Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and define Data Product Requirements (specifically for the Gold Layer).
- Documentation: Translate high-level Data Product Requirements into detailed Data Requirements (DRD).
- Operational Planning: Define product costs, resource requirements, estimated timelines, and success criteria.
2. Delivery & Oversight
- Execution: Oversee the development of D&AI products to ensure alignment with agreed requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Validation: Coordinate business data validation with stakeholders specifically for data residing in the Gold Layer.
- Change Management: Review and update Data Product Requirements based on changes raised by D&AI teams or business stakeholders.
3. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Engagement: Facilitate the identification of Business and Data Stakeholders.
- Knowledge Transfer: Coordinate and lead Business Knowledge Transfer sessions.
. Reporting: Provide regular progress updates on data product releases and escalate risks or issues that impact budget or timelines
