Job Profile: Program Coordinator (Kochi)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to oversee, streamline, and execute our teacher training programs to our Kochi office on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who bridges the gap between administrative excellence, student service, and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, curriculum distribution, and logistics for various teacher training modules.

• Manage and optimize the institute's Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital classrooms, and database tracking.

• Leverage advanced spreadsheet capabilities to track trainee progress, attendance, and certification metrics.

• Act as the primary, polished point of contact for aspiring teachers and faculty

Requirements & Qualifications

• Exceptional proficiency in handling data management tasks.

• Confident utilization of pivot tables, and advanced spreadsheet functions.

• Strong aptitude for tracking, updating, and maintaining trainee databases accurately.

• Robust technical knowledge and comfort with online learning platforms (e.g.,, Microsoft teams, Google Meet, Zoom, and CRM software.)

• A sharp, analytical mind capable of troubleshooting technical glitches on the fly and optimizing operational Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to handle inquiries and resolve conflict with a student-first mindset.

• Minimum 1 year experience with a preferred domain expertise in an educational or ed-tech environment.
