Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Generate parent and student prospects through personal networks, referrals, social media and local outreach.
• Connect with parents and understand students interests, class and learning requirements.
• Explain NIYO Explorer, NIYO Innovator and NIYO Fellowship programs.
• Counsel parents about program fees, benefits and registration.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested families.
• Support registration and complete successful student onboarding.
• Update prospect and onboarding details in NIYO Work OS.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in counselling and engaging with parents.
• Interest in sales, education and student engagement.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets.
• Willingness to undertake field outreach along with remote work.
