ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
- To program manage end-to-end incubation initiatives across emerging technologies, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation themes, ensuring structured execution, governance, and timely delivery.
- To enable faster decision-making, tracking, and seamless transition of projects from incubation to business-as-usual (BAU) through strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Program manage incubation efforts across emerging tech, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation projects
- Define execution plans, timelines, and governance cadence for all incubation initiatives
- Track and monitor project-level budgets and resource utilization
- Ensure optimal allocation and utilization across pilots and implementation efforts
- Coordinate with sponsor Business Units and SPOCs to drive creation, incubation, execution, measurement, and fine-tuning of projects
- Ensure adherence to defined timelines, milestones, and delivery plans across projects ·
- Drive structured reporting of progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership ·
- Ensure documentation of KRAs/KPIs, milestones, and success metrics for all incubation initiatives ·
- Facilitate seamless handover of projects to owner departments for Run (BAU) phase within defined timelines (e.g., 6 months
Educational : MBA / PGDM (Strategy, Operations, or Technology)
Experience : 5–8 years in Program Management / PMO / Digital Transformation / Innovation initiatives
