Key Responsibility Areas - Teaching Associate & Program Coordinator
- Stand-In Teaching & Class Engagement
- Substitute Session Conduction: Step in to conduct scheduled lectures, case discussions, or tutorial sessions when the primary module leader is on planned or emergency leave.
- Structured Student Engagement: Lead interactive business case analyses, guided group discussions, or curated review sessions using materials aligned with the course syllabus to ensure zero loss of instructional time.
- Attendance & Continuity Logging: Record session attendance, log coverage details, and brief the returning module leader on student progress and topics completed during their absence.
- Program Operations & Academic Governance
- Master Timetable & Scheduling: Build, publish, and manage the master timetable, daily room allocations, faculty workload distributions, and guest lecture slots.
- Instructional Delivery Tracking: Monitor daily class execution across all cohorts, track syllabus completion milestones, and arrange immediate class coverage when absences occur.
- Academic Review Support: Coordinate administrative workflows for Board of Studies (BoS) meetings, department review sessions, and semester-end feedback consolidation.
- Quality Documentation & Accreditation Compliance
- Course File & IQAC Audits: Collect, audit, and systematically archive digital and physical course files (lesson plans, CO-PO mapping, rubrics, and evaluation samples) for internal IQAC, NAAC, NBA, and international accreditation standards.
- Program Data Maintenance: Manage master databases tracking student enrollment profiles, historical attendance records, internal assessment scores, and graduation rates.
- Assessment & Grade Verification: Coordinate with the Examination Cell for continuous assessment data entry, grade finalization, and post-result data archiving.
- Student Academic Progress & Mentoring Support
- At-Risk Student Tracking: Monitor attendance trends and internal assessment performance to identify academically lagging students for intervention.
- Internship & Capstone Administration: Coordinate the logistics of Summer Internship Programs (SIP) and capstone projects, including faculty guide allocation, submission tracking, and evaluation scheduling.
- Parent Liaisoning & Formal Communication
- Primary Parent Point of Contact: Serve as the official bridge for parent queries regarding academic policies, program schedules, and institutional guidelines.
- Performance & Attendance Alerts: Oversee the generation and timely dispatch of monthly attendance warnings, mid-term academic reports, and formal notices to parents.
- Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs): Plan and coordinate semester PTMs, record parent feedback and actionable points, and escalate critical issues directly to the Dean's Office.
