About Company

Masai School is a fast-growing EdTech platform focused on helping students build successful careers through industry-relevant programs and outcome-driven learning experiences.

We are hiring an Program Content Associate – Non-Tech with 0–2 years of experience to create engaging learning content, assessments, and curriculum for non-technical courses. Candidates with strong communication skills, creativity, and interest in learning design are preferred. MBA candidates are a plus.

Experience: 0–2 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging learning content for non-technical courses targeted at freshers and entry-level learners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and trainers to create structured learning modules, assignments, and assessments.
  • Support curriculum planning and content organization using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Create learner-friendly materials including presentations, worksheets, quizzes, and activity-based learning content.
  • Apply basic adult learning principles to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Review and update course content regularly based on learner feedback and industry trends.
  • Ensure all learning materials align with organizational learning goals and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Content creation and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to create assessments, assignments, and learner activities
  • Interest in education, training, and learner engagement

Preferred

  • Knowledge of E-learning tools (Canva, PowerPoint, Articulate, etc.)
  • Creative thinking and visual content design
  • Basic understanding of gamification or interactive learning methods

Eligibility

  • Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience into curriculum development
  • MBA candidates preferred
  • Passion for learning, education, and content creation
