As an Associate Program Manager, you will be expected to develop and own the long term program vision for India Subscribe & Save, program roadmap and come up new initiatives to scale the subscription business. You will partner closely with category business teams, partner tech team, tech team across IN and worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
1. Program Strategy and Direction: Continually assess the needs of customers, emerging market trends and competitive opportunities in defining and evolving the program strategy for India Subscribe & Save.
2. Roadmap Planning: Influence a cross-functional team for prioritizing and planning the roadmap and major launches. Use high judgement to make critical trade-offs, balancing both business requirements and technological trade-offs.
3. Selection & Selling Partner Success: Drive subscribable selection coverage, enhance customer value proposition, and drive initiatives that can scale the program primary inputs and create long-term success for selling partners.
4. Acquisition & Engagement: Scaling active subscribers and subscriptions in line with our 3Y vision.
5. Subscription Reliability & Business Operations: Driving a high bar on reliability and ensuring customer promise delivery is core to Subscribe & Save's success. This role will directly lead operations and fulfillment of automatic deliveries through Subscribe & Save.
- 3+ years of business analysis (dealing with large complex data) experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- 3+ years of analyst, associate program manager, or similar roles experience
