Description
As an Associate Program Manager, you will be expected to develop and own the long term Instock program vision for India Subscribe & Save, execute Marketing promotions and Manage the Voice of customer program by owning the end to end SOP, working with partner teams and executing the SOP steps.
Key job responsibilities
- Program Strategy and Direction: Continually assess the needs of customers, emerging market trends and competitive opportunities in defining and evolving the Instock program strategy for India Subscribe & Save.
- Owning Voice of Customer: Managing the VOC SOPs and updating it as per the use cases. Establishing a mechanism to ensure that VOC flows in product requests.
- Owning Marketing SOP execution: Creating and managing Marketing Promotions end to end. Drive subscribable selection coverage, enhance customer value proposition, and drive initiatives that can scale the program primary inputs and create long-term success for selling partners.

India Subscribe and Save, is a super lean managing Tech, Product, Business and Marketing of S&S in India. We work closely with IN and WW stakeholders and obsess excessively over customers. We are a part of larger IN consumables Org !
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of analyst, associate program manager, or similar roles experience
