Parinaam Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide a holistic approach to alleviating poverty. We were conceived in 2006, with the vision to create sustainable change that will have an impact on the poor and lead them to live a better life. Parinaam caters to the needs of the poorby providing them with critical social services. We provide services in the areas of healthcare, education, livelihood, and community development.
Today, Parinaam operates across 20 States. At Parinaam, our focus is on making real change on the ground. We believe that making a difference in one's life is worth more than unsustainable mass-scale interventions.

Work Location & On-site Requirement

- Research on New Initiatives
- Research livelihood opportunities, social welfare schemes, and best practices relevant to the UUPP.
- Identify new interventions, pilot ideas, and innovative solutions for improving program outcomes.
- Prepare concept notes, briefs, and internal documents to support program design and decision-making.
- Maintain updated documentation on community needs, emerging trends, and government schemes.
- Partnership & Volunteer Management
- Identify, map, and engage potential partnersNGOs, welfare departments, skill/livelihood institutions, corporate/CSR bodies, and government programs.
- Coordinate volunteer-led activities such as awareness sessions, community events, career workshops, or mobilization drives.
- Support planning of partner meetings, exposure visits, and community-based events.
- Maintain partner and volunteer records, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Program Operations
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of field activities such as:
- Beneficiary enrollment
- Community meetings
- Govt. welfare scheme enrolments
- Livelihood sessions
- Training modules
- Liaise with field teams to ensure timely implementation of program activities.
- Manage operational logistics, including materials, attendance, documentation, and coordination with external stakeholders.
- Track progress against program indicators, prepare activity updates, and support monitoring visits.
- Ensure effective communication between field staff, partners, and internal teams.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Manage program MI, S, including collection, verification, cleaning, and consolidation of field data.
- Work with Google Sheets, Excel, Zoho, or other MIS tools to maintain accurate beneficiary-level data.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports for internal review and donor reporting.
- Track enrolmentslivelihoodds outcomes, social scheme access, Financial inclusion, Child care centers, and field activity metrics.
Provide data-driven insights for program improvements.
Education
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Social Work, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Management, or any relevant field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the social sectorpreferably in livelihood, poverty alleviation, community development, or welfare schemes.
- Experience working directly with vulnerable communities in urban settings is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with MIS platforms, Google Workspace, and data reporting.
- Prior experience in partner coordination, field operations, or volunteer management is desirable.
