PisciCare Private Limited is an emerging AgriTech–DeepTech startup building an integrated AI and space-enabled platform for aquaculture risk management, diagnostics, insurance facilitation, and farmer credit enablement.

Our mission is to strengthen India's aquaculture ecosystem by combining satellite data, AI-driven analytics, on-ground diagnostics, and institutional partnerships to reduce crop losses, improve farmer resilience, and enable access to formal finance and insurance. PisciCare works closely with fisheries stakeholders, incubators, government programs, and innovation ecosystems aligned with India's Blue Economy and digital public infrastructure initiatives.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Program and Partnerships Manager at PisciCare Private Limited in India.

The role is execution-focused and involves managing startup programs, grants, incubations, pilots, and ecosystem partnerships. The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder to coordinate applications, partnerships, and program deliverables, while supporting PisciCare's engagement with incubators, government bodies, innovation platforms, and institutional stakeholders.

The role requires strong ownership, structured coordination, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, shortlist, and manage startup grants, incubation programs, challenges, and pilot opportunities
• Coordinate end-to-end application processes, documentation, timelines, and follow-ups
• Liaise with incubators, accelerators, government agencies, research institutions, and ecosystem partners
• Support partnership outreach, MoU coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Assist in preparing concept notes, pitch decks, proposals, and program reports
• Represent PisciCare at relevant ecosystem events, meetings, and reviews
• Monitor program outcomes and support reporting and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in program management, partnerships, consulting, incubators, policy, development sector, or startup ecosystems
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
• Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in AgriTech, AI, ClimateTech, FinTech, or SpaceTech is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field preferred
• (Prior fisheries or aquaculture experience is an advantage but not mandatory.)
