Company Overview

Favcy Venture Builders is a venture building and early-stage startup platform that works

closely with founders from idea to scale. Through its flagship 1 to 10 Accelerator,

Favcy partners with early-stage startups, helps them refine their business, prepares

them for fundraising, and connects them with VCs, angels, and family offices.

The accelerator follows a structured evaluation process involving internal reviews,

external stakeholder inputs, and investment committee discussions. Post-selection,

Favcy actively supports startups in fundraising, mentorship, and investor outreach.

  • Role: Program Analyst
  • Location: On-site | Greater Kailash 1 (GK-1), Delhi
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Experience: 02 years (VC / Startup / Accelerator / Angel Network preferred

Responsibilities

  1. Help the team in fundraising efforts for selected startups in the accelerator cohort
  2. Identify and research relevant investors (VCs, Family Offices, Angel Investors, and other investors) aligned with startup sectors and stages
  3. Work with the accelerator team to refine pitch decks and fundraising narratives of cohort startups, and support investor outreach and connections
  4. Coordinate investorfounder meetings and manage follow-ups
  5. Track and report fundraising progress, investor interest, and outcomes for each startup
  6. Evaluate startups and assist in the selection process based on investment readiness
  7. Coordinate with external stakeholders
  8. Organize and manage Investment Committee (IC) calls involving senior partners and investors

Requirements

  1. 02 years of experience in the venture capital, startup, accelerator, incubator, or fundraising ecosystem
  2. Strong understanding of the VC and startup ecosystem
  3. Ability to write clear and structured investment memos, including market, business model, risks, and key insights
  4. Familiarity with fundraising concepts such as pre-seed, seed, valuation, pitch decks, and investor processes
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Comfortable interacting with founders, investors, and senior stakeholders
  7. Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams
  8. Willingness to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
