IN AMZL is committed to building a compliant, scalable, and sustainable last-mile delivery network. The DSP Governance and Sustainability Programs team plays a key role in ensuring adherence to operational, financial, and regulatory standards across our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) ecosystem.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to support TRC (Transportation Risk and Compliance) audits and execution for IN AMZL. This role will focus on driving audit mechanisms, ensuring compliance, and supporting governance programs through strong execution and data-driven insights with DSP and EDSP channels.

Key job responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end TRC audits across DSPs, ensuring adherence to defined SOPs and compliance standards with DSP/EDSP partners to meet TRC Score for IN AMZL
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, and non-compliance patterns, and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain audit trails, documentation, and reporting mechanisms
  • Support implementation of governance programs across compliance and billing workflows
  • Work closely with DSP partners, Ops teams, Finance, and Central Governance teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve audit efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

A day in the life

You will spend your day reviewing audit data, validating transactions, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, and ensuring that governance standards are consistently met. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of AMZL operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

About The Team

The DSP Governance and Sustainability Programs team, part of IN AMZL Operations (IN OPS), focuses on building a compliant and sustainable delivery network. The team drives governance across compliance, billing, and financial processes, while also enabling sustainability initiatives such as EV adoption and emissions reduction.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
