About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Specialist with an inside sales background to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth transition from lead qualification to deal closure, working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead requirements and the sales funnel
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness
- Partner with product and marketing teams to create impactful sales collaterals, pitch decks, and demos
- Support the sales process by addressing customer queries and providing consultative inputs
- Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, proposals, and customer interactions in CRM systems
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or pre-sales roles
- Strong understanding of B2C sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams
