About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Specialist with an inside sales background to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth transition from lead qualification to deal closure, working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead requirements and the sales funnel
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create impactful sales collaterals, pitch decks, and demos
  • Support the sales process by addressing customer queries and providing consultative inputs
  • Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, proposals, and customer interactions in CRM systems

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or pre-sales roles
  • Strong understanding of B2C sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams
