Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Program Advisor to join our admissions team in Nashik.
This is a consultative counseling and inside sales role where you will interact with prospective students, understand their academic or career goals, recommend the right professional program, and guide them throughout the enrollment journey.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling students and parents, and the ability to build trust through meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual counseling sessions.
- Understand student backgrounds, career goals, and learning aspirations.
- Provide personalized guidance on suitable programs such as US CMA, ACCA, and other global courses.
Program Advisory & Admissions Support
- Explain course structure, curriculum, exam pathways, schedules, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Help students understand long-term career benefits of international qualifications.
- Support candidates through application, documentation, and enrollment processes.
Follow-Ups & Conversion Management
- Maintain timely and professional follow-ups with interested leads.
- Resolve queries and help students make confident enrollment decisions.
- Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed admissions.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, student interactions, and follow-up status in CRM systems.
- Track counseling outcomes, conversion ratios, and admissions pipeline.
- Share daily/weekly reports with management.
Collaboration & Student Experience
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for better admissions outcomes.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and counseling events when required.
- Deliver a premium and professional experience to every prospective learner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech admissions, counseling, inside sales, academic advisory, or relevant roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
- Strong confidence in speaking with students, parents, and working professionals.
- Ability to understand candidate needs and recommend the right course.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
