We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Career Advisor who has prior experience in selling teacher training or educator-focused courses. The role involves counselling teachers and education professionals, understanding their upskilling needs, and guiding them to enroll in relevant training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counselling the qualify leads of Teachers, Trainers and education professionals regarding suitable upskilling training and certification programs
  • Handle outbound leads and convert them into enrolments.
  • Can develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and follow up.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with senior counsellors or team leaders for closures, if required.
  • Team Handling experience will be added advantage.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should be a graduate, confident, aggressive, Sales Oriented and possess excellent communication and selling skills.
  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in inside sales, specifically in Teacher Training or Professional Development Programs for Educators (mandatory).
  • Must have convincing and negotiation skills with B2C sales experience.
  • Direct sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Team Leading experience is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: 1.8 Lpa - 3.6 Lpa + attractive incentives
  • Fixed Salary + Incentives
  • Mode of working- Remote
  • Seeking Candidates for Full time (8.5 hours)/Part time - (6 hours )
