CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (Based on experience and current Compensation)

Timing: 10am to 7pm (6 days of working per week)

About the Role:-

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Program Admissions Associate (Academic Counsellor) to join our growing admissions team.

In this role, you will guide prospective learners throughout their admission journey, understand their career aspirations, and help them choose the right learning program. If you're passionate about sales, counselling, and helping learners achieve their goals, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through outbound and inbound calls.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend appropriate courses.
• Explain program details, curriculum, and career outcomes.
• Manage the complete admission and enrollment process.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain CRM records.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth learner onboarding.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls.
• Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven approach.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of EdTech or online learning programs.

Eligibility

• 1.5 to 4 years of experience in EdTech admissions (preferred) OR inside sales, B2C, counselling, insurance, retail, banking, or telecalling.
• Prior experience in student counselling or admissions will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
