JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent will be responsible for providing quality education to management students, contributing to curriculum development, engaging in meaningful research, fostering an industry-academia interface, and participating in institutional development activities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and academic content in the assigned specialization.
- Prepare and execute academic lesson plans as per syllabus requirements and academic calendar.
- Foster interactive learning environments through case studies, simulations, group discussions, and live projects.
- Guide students on research projects, dissertations, and internships.
- Engage actively in student mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance.
- Conduct academic and applied research, contributing to national/international publications and conferences.
- Participate in curriculum design, syllabi revision, and academic audits.
- Establish linkages with industry for guest lectures, industry visits, consultancy, and placement support.
- Contribute to accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA, AICTE norms compliance) and other institutional quality initiatives.
- Participate actively in academic events, faculty development programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
