Minimum Eligibility and Qualifications
Assistant Professor
- Bachelors and Masters OR integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent.
- NET / SET (Exempted for PhD Candidates)
- PhD candidates and those with experience will be preferred.
Associate Professor
- PhD
- Bachelors and Masters OR integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent.
- Minimum six publications in SCOPUS/WOS approved journals
- Experience of Doctoral Supervision
- Experience: Minimum eight years full time teaching, research or industrial experience at Assistant Professor level or equivalent research / industry experience of which minimum two years should be post-Ph.D. experience.
Professor
- PhD
- Bachelors and Masters OR integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent.
- Minimum six publications at the Associate Professor level in SCOPUS/WOS journals and at least two successful PhD guided as Supervisor OR Minimum ten publications at the Associate Professor level in SCOPUS/WOS journals at least one successful PhD guided.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years full time experience at teaching / research / industry experience of which minimum three years should be at Associate Professor or equivalent level.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching using innovative and experiential pedagogies
- Mentor students and contribute to curriculum design and development
- Conduct impactful research with publications in SCI/SCOPUS/WOS indexed journals
- Lead/participate in funded research projects and academic collaborations
- Build industry linkages, consultancy, and MoUs
- Engage in academic outreach, conferences, FDPs & community initiatives
- Contribute to academic administration and departmental responsibilities
