Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maths Foundation Faculty based in Anantapur or Medavakam . The faculty member will be responsible for teaching foundational math concepts and delivering engaging lessons to students, preparing study materials, conducting assessments, and analyzing student progress. The role will also involve addressing students doubts, preparing sessions for various educational formats, and mentoring students to foster their academic growth and confidence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mathematics concepts and the ability to teach foundational-level topics effectively
• Proficiency in creating engaging lesson plans, study materials, and coursework
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage a classroom environment and use innovative teaching methods
• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students, particularly in pre-university or foundation-level programs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Passion for teaching, student success, and the ability to motivate and inspire learners
