Role Description
This is a remote, part-time position for a Digital Logic Professor. The role involves teaching and mentoring students in the domain of digital logic design and applications. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, preparing educational content, conducting assessments, clarifying student doubts, and staying updated with advancements in the field to ensure the highest quality education. The role also involves fostering an engaging, interactive, and inclusive learning experience.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of teaching experience related to this field
- Ph.D is Preferrable
- Only professors can apply
- Expertise in digital logic design, Boolean algebra, combinational and sequential logic, and related concepts
- Experience in teaching or training in digital logic or related engineering/computer science topics
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, clear manner to a diverse audience
- Proficiency in creating educational materials, including lecture slides and practice exercises
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Masters or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with tools and software for teaching digital logic concepts is a plus
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students in remote learning environments
