To provide academic leadership in the field of Law through high-quality teaching, research, curriculum development, student mentoring, academic administration, and industry/professional engagement.

Educational Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Law from a recognized university/institution.

M. Com / MBA in Law with the required percentage as per applicable UGC/University norms.

A strong academic record in Law.

Eligibility and experience should meet the applicable Amity University Kolkata requirements. Amity Kolkata's recruitment guidelines state that appointment at Professor level requires a Ph.D. and relevant teaching/research experience as per UGC norms.
