We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Professor – Computer Science with a strong blend of academic excellence and industry exposure. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in teaching, research, publications, and industry collaboration, contributing to the overall academic growth and innovation within the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
- Develop and update curriculum in line with industry trends and academic standards.
- Conduct advanced research and publish papers in reputed national and international journals (Scopus/SCI indexed preferred)
- Guide and supervise Ph.D., M.Tech., and B.Tech. students in research and academic projects
- Lead research initiatives, funded projects, and consultancy assignments
- Build and maintain collaborations with industry and academic institutions
- Organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, and conferences
- Contribute to accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA) and institutional development
- Mentor faculty members and support departmental growth
- Participate actively in administrative and academic committees.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering or related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, and/or industry
- Strong publication record in reputed journals and conferences
- Experience in research projects, patents, and consultancy work
- Sound knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Ability to integrate academic knowledge with industry practices.
