Job Summary:Rama University is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Professor in Computer Science to lead teaching, research, and academic development activities. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, guiding research scholars, and contributing to institution.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver lectures in core Computer Science subjects (e.g., Data Structures, AI, ML, Cloud Computing, etc.)
- Develop and update curriculum as per industry and academic standards
- Guide Ph.D., M.Tech, and B.Tech students in research and projects
- Publish research papers in reputed journals (Scopus/SCI indexed preferred)
- Lead departmental academic and administrative activities
- Mentor students for placements, internships, and career development
- Organize seminars, workshops, and conferences
- Collaborate with industry and academic institutions
Eligibility Criteria:- Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 1015 years of teaching/research experience (as per UGC/AICTE norms)
- Strong research profile with publications, citations, and h-index
- Prior experience in guiding Ph.D. scholars preferred
- Experience in academic leadership roles (HOD/Dean) is an added advantage
