Rama University is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Professor in the Department of Commerce & Management. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, a proven research background with Scopus-indexed publications, and demonstrated leadership in academic administration. The role demands excellence in teaching, research, curriculum development, and institutional growth.
Key Responsibility:-
- Deliver high-quality lectures in Commerce & Management disciplines (UG, PG, and Ph.D. levels).
- Lead and contribute to curriculum design, academic planning, and program development.
- Guide and mentor students, research scholars, and junior faculty members.
- Publish research papers in reputed Scopus-indexed journals and contribute to the university's research output.
- Supervise doctoral research and promote a strong research culture within the department.
- Take on academic leadership roles such as Head of Department / Program Coordinator as required.
- Organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, and conferences.
- Collaborate with industry and academic bodies for research and placement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with university norms, accreditation standards, and regulatory bodies.
Educational Qualification:-
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Commerce / Management from a recognized university.
- MBA / M.Com with strong academic background.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in reputed institutions/universities.
- Proven academic leadership experience (HOD/Dean/Coordinator roles preferred).
- Research Requirements: Strong publication record in Scopus-indexed journals.
- Experience in guiding Ph.D. scholars.
- Active involvement in funded research projects (preferred).
