We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to fill the position of Professor at our institution. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in academia, a strong research background, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging lectures and seminars in relevant subjects.
Conduct research in their area of expertise and publish findings in academic journals.
Supervise and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Engage in community service and outreach programs related to the field of study.
Collaborate with other faculty members on interdisciplinary projects.

Skills and Qualifications

Ph.D. in a relevant field from a recognized university (Subjects - Marketing or Finance Mandatory).
Strong research background with a record of publications in reputed journals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with curriculum development and academic program management.
Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technology.
