- Perform research in Management, targeting publication in acclaimed journals.
- Seek external funding to facilitate research activities.
Mentorship:
- Provide academic and career mentorship to students.
- Oversee student projects and research efforts.
Service:
- Engage in departmental and university service, including committee participation.
- Community and Industry Engagement.
- Partner with industry and community stakeholders to foster collaborative initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Management or a related field.
