Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions in the Department of Business Administration. Selected candidates will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality teaching sessions, supervising research activities, and mentoring students to achieve their academic and career goals. The role also involves contributing to the institute's research initiatives, engaging in scholarly publications, guiding postgraduate or Ph.D. students, and participating in academic conferences. Faculty members will support curriculum development, collaborate with industry professionals for practical insights, and actively contribute to the continuous academic excellence of the department.

Qualifications

• Professor: Ph.D from a Nationally Reputed Institute / University, with Research Publications in Indexed Journals.
• Associate Professor: Ph.D from a Nationally Reputed institute / University. Academic background with university rank and / or excellent portfolio in the area of specialisation.
• Assistant Professor: Ph.D holders or Graduates of MBA from a Reputed Institute with experience and a strong portfolio in the area of specialisation. Professor/ Associate Professor of Practice: Professionals from Industry/ Research who have made remarkable contributions in their profession with 15 years of experience.
