What You'll Do- Identify high-quality jobs worth bidding on
- Write personalized, high-converting proposals (no generic AI copy)
- Understand client intent and position our services clearly
- Focus on replies, and conversions not volume
What We're Looking For- Proven experience with Upwork bidding
- Strong proposal writing skills (human, clear, persuasive)
- Ability to filter good vs bad opportunities
- Independent thinker not someone who needs constant guidance
