Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Analytical Support
- Prepare commercial and technical synopses by comparing supplier/vendor proposals and data.
- Provide analytical inputs for decision-making in procurement and logistics activities.
Coordination and Communication
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers.
- Highlight issues to the team in case of non-adherence to timelines or processes.
System Interface and Documentation
- Utilize SAP, P-First system, and MS Excel for tracking sourcing and logistics activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and storage for future retrieval.
Sourcing and Vendor Engagement
- Assist the team in completing time-bound sourcing activities.
- Monitor phase-wise progress of suppliers/service providers to ensure timely completion.
Process Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to defined processes for procurement and logistics.
- Support reporting and escalation in case of deviations or delays.
