Professional Software Engineer - Adobe AEM Testing

Role mission & context

As the Software Engineer you are responsible for the applications design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance. The Software Engineer is expected to understand and familiar with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Platform framework, development, testing and maintenance process.

The Software Engineer is expected to have a good knowledge and experience in Adobe Experience Manager Platform and in a relevant technology or/and in a business solution/process, combined with good knowledge about AGILE methodology. Participate in maintenance and testing activities.

Responsibilities:

•   Develop Test features according to the requirement, using appointed tools and technologies, keeping in mind quality, cost, and 

   timeline.

•   Coordinate and cooperate with multiple stakeholders including Business Analysts, Architects, Solution leaders, and Delivery 

   managers.

•   Design, Develop, Testing, collaborate, implement the Testing tasks/activities on a daily and regular basis to create an efficient 

   work delivery

•   Follow coding/testing guidelines and best practices.

•   Build, release and deploy on test environments.

•   Branching and merging to version control systems like TFS and GIT.

•   Azure Devops pipeline setup.

•   Support implementations/Testing/Rollouts of new features/issue fixes/enhancements in non-prod/Prod environments.

•   Identify and analyze defects, working closely with other developers to resolve issues promptly.

•   Maintain and update automated test scripts to accommodate changes in product features and functionality.

•   Participate in Agile development methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and task execution.

Required competencies

•   Relevant university degree (bachelor's or master's degree)

•   Excellent communication & Teamwork & Responsibility

•   Strong experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager);

•   Coding/Programming required: Must have – Java/Python/Javascript 

•   Strong experience in Testing Frameworks, familiar with Selenium, Cucumber, Allure, Jmeter, Insomia etc (Nice to have experience on

   Playwright Automation tool)

•   Strong experience in Azure Devops, pipelines etc.

•   Solid performance working as a AEM Developer/Tester and continuous improvement is in your mindset.

•   Collaborative work, self-driven studying, analytic and problem solving 

•   5-8 years of experience in AEM technologies for Testing Area

•   Complete proficiency in English 

•   Certification in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.

•   Certification in Scrum Master is a plus.
