Role Summary
The Professional Services Lead will be responsible for driving successful deployment and implementation of the company's platform for enterprise customers. The role focuses on ensuring seamless onboarding, solution integration, and rapid time-to-value for customers through structured implementation frameworks and strong technical delivery.
This leader will work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure that customer environments are configured optimally and aligned with security and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Deployment
- Lead customer implementations for both Cloud/SaaS and On-Prem deployments.
- Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle including discovery, architecture planning, deployment, integration, and handover to Customer Success.
- Develop and standardize deployment playbooks, architecture blueprints, and implementation methodologies.
- Ensure rapid time-to-value for enterprise customers through structured onboarding and configuration processes.
Technical Solutioning
- Design and validate technical architecture and deployment models aligned with customer infrastructure.
- Work with customer IT and security teams to integrate the platform into their existing systems, infrastructure, and workflows.
- Provide deep expertise in system architecture, networking, cloud infrastructure, and security operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales teams during pre-sales cycles for technical validation and implementation planning.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide implementation insights and customer feedback.
- Ensure seamless transition from Professional Services to Customer Success and Support teams.
Delivery Excellence
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
- Establish implementation KPIs and success metrics.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Implementation roles in SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, security architecture, networking, and system integration.
- Experience deploying cloud and on-prem enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix, Windows environments, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and solution design capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent technical degree
- Experience working withcybersecurity, vulnerability management, or IT infrastructure products
- Exposure to cloud platforms, on-prem infrastructure, or hybrid environments
