Role Overview:
- Join Skyhigh Security to lead implementations and integrations of product suite into customer environments.
- Ensure products and solutions are configured to maximize customer benefit, adoption, and usage.
- Drive the stickiness of solutions within customer ecosystems.
- Work alongside senior team members to lead customer implementations.
- Understand technical requirements and customer environments.
- Assist project leads in developing overall implementation project plans.
- Define solution configurations based on requirements understanding.
- Act as a specialist to install, configure, and troubleshoot products and solutions as per the project plan.
- Ensure customer policies are configured according to their requirements.
- Help customers understand how technology functions, increasing adoption and driving product stickiness.
- Learn and adopt best practices for customer deployments from senior team members.
To Fly High in this Role, You Must Have:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science with 5+ years of technical experience in a large enterprise organization, or equivalent professional services experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer implementations of cybersecurity solutions.
- Hands-on experience working with cybersecurity customers to deploy relevant solutions.
- Solid understanding of both business and technical requirements.
- Ability to follow detailed direction and receive feedback.
- Experience contributing to deployment project plans.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) across internal teams and customers.
