Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry-Level NetApp Storage Administrator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in NetApp ONTAP administration, troubleshooting, and storage management. The ideal candidate should be available for immediate joining and possess strong technical, communication, and customer-facing skills.
Key Responsibilitie
- sDeploy, administer, and support NetApp Storage environments (ONTAP/CDOT)
- .Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage performance and availability issues
- .Perform firmware and operating system upgrades on storage infrastructure
- .Manage storage provisioning, snapshots, cloning, deduplication, replication, and disaster recovery activities
- .Configure and support SnapMirror, IntelliSnap, controller failover, and backup integrations
- .Utilize NetApp management tools including OnCommand Unified Manager, Performance Manager, and Insight
- .Support storage protocols including CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel environments
- .Participate in incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes following ITIL practices
- .Assist with DR planning, DR testing, backup validation, and recovery procedures
- .Collaborate with compute, virtualization, networking, and application teams to resolve infrastructure issues
- .Maintain operational documentation and provide timely customer communication
