Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated storage infrastructure professional to join our Global Shared Services Center team in a dynamic, round-the-clock operational environment. Responsibilities:
- Deploy, administer, and maintain NetApp Storage CDOT systems in a production environment
- Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve storage-related incidents in a timely manner
- Perform firmware and operating system upgrades on storage infrastructure
- Utilize storage management tools including OnCommand Unified Manager, Performance Manager, and Insight
- Manage backup integration with NetApp technologies and ensure data protection compliance
- Monitor storage systems and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations
- Implement and manage storage technologies including Snapshots, SnapMirror, IntelliSnap, deduplication, and cloning
- Execute controller failover procedures and manage storage provisioning requests
- Perform security hardening and performance tuning activities on storage systems
- Conduct disaster recovery tests and validate backup technologies
- Collaborate with compute, virtualization, and network teams to ensure integrated infrastructure operations
- Follow ITIL methodologies for change, incident, problem, and configuration management
- Maintain accurate documentation and configuration records
- Participate in a 24x7x365 shift rotation with two days off per week
- Work onsite at the NetApp office three times per week
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Skills:
- NetApp ONTAP administration, troubleshooting, and debugging
- Storage protocols including CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel
- NetApp storage concepts including provisioning, replication, and data protection
- VMware vSphere virtualization technologies

Experience:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with NetApp storage systems and ONTAP administration
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting storage performance issues
- Previous experience working in managed service or outsourcing environments
- Track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
Qualifications:
- ITIL Fundamentals certification (desired)
- Relevant NetApp certifications (preferred)
