Role Summary

As part of this role, you would be responsible for delivering Professional Services engagements with a strong focus on firewall migration, security transformation, and technical consulting. The role involves working closely with customer to design, validate, and implement secure network architectures, execute complex migration projects, and ensure smooth production transitions. The position requires deep hands-on expertise combined with strong customer interaction and solution advisory capabilities during project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects including design, implementation, optimization, migration, and configuration reviews.
• Build labs and validate solutions and migration procedures prior to production deployment.
• Prepare delivery documentation including HLD, LLD, MOP, as-built reports, and technical presentations.
• Lead customer technical review calls, migration planning sessions, and documentation walkthrough.
• Review technical workflows and align delivery execution with project timelines.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project effort tracking including billable and non-billable activities.

Required Skills

Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise firewall and network security platforms.
• Solid understanding of firewall policy design, NAT, routing, VPN, IPS, and threat prevention technologies.
• Experience in firewall upgrades, migrations, configuration reviews, and complex troubleshooting.
• Strong customer-facing communication and technical documentation skills.
• Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud security deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with enterprise endpoint security (EDR/EPP platforms).
• Exposure to conducting customer training.

Certifications (Preferred)

• CCSA / CCSE / CISSP
