Role Description

This role sits within the implementation and deployment team, where you'll work directly with enterprise customers to deploy the platform, understand their network and application environments, design security policies, support onboarding, perform testing, technical writing and drive successful go-live and adoption.

We're looking for professionals who have experience implementing security products in customer environments, particularly around network security, firewall technologies, access control, security policy management, or security consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure the platform in complex customer environments.
• Perform asset discovery, network flow analysis, grouping, and policy design.
• Enforce segmentation policies and validate risk reduction.
• Troubleshoot across Linux/Windows, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Build automation using Python/Golang/Shell.
• Drive customer delivery plans, milestones, and success outcomes.
• Create documentation, best practices, and customer enablement materials.

Required Skills:

• Strong networking fundamentals (Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/IP, HTTP/S).
• Linux and Windows OS experience (admin, troubleshooting, scripting).
• Proficiency in Python/Golang/shell scripting.
• Exposure to host firewalls (WFP, Windows Defender, iptables, nftables).
• Experience with SaaS, multi-tenant systems, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
