Role Overview

As a Professional Services Consultant in our EMEA Global Services team, you'll lead customer implementations in the fast-paced mobile data field and drive the delivery of cutting-edge Traffic Management solutions. You'll play a key role in software implementations by managing tasks, gathering insights, and ensuring end-to-end project execution with high-quality results delivered on time and within budget. The role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where your expertise, ideas, and growth are genuinely valued. Open to candidates in Pune and Egypt, this position gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for both our customers and Enea.

Key responsibilities:

Lead implementation of Enea's Traffic Management solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with an expected travel commitment of 3050%.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales to ensure smooth, aligned project execution.

Troubleshoot and resolve project issues by working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Continuously deepen technical knowledge of Enea's software along with OS, networking, and virtualization technologies.

Share expertise with colleagues, support team development, and contribute to post-project reviews.

Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards across EMEA customer sites.

Maintain high customer satisfaction through strong communication, professionalism, and technical excellence

Qualifications, Key Skills And Competence

Solid telecom experience with 3GPP standards and 4G/5G solutions and integrations. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

Strong Linux (CentOS/RedHat) administration background focused on high availability.

Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, networking fundamentals, and network troubleshooting tools.

Scripting capability (Shell, Perl, Python) plus familiarity with virtualization/container platforms like OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.

Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to perform under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience with Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) solutions (advantageous) and fluency in English for global communication.
