Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for remote work. The Professional Service Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional professional services, ensuring effective software implementation, customer onboarding, and providing end-user training. The role includes addressing and resolving customer inquiries, fostering strong relationships, and driving a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Professional Service Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client support.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to identify business requirements, troubleshoot software issues, and optimize solutions
  • Experience in delivering professional services and managing software implementation processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • Customer service and customer satisfaction skills to build positive relationships and ensure client success with the software
  • Familiarity with hospitality management systems.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Candidate conversant with IDS Next or ShawMan applications will be preferred.
