What You'll Do
You will be the go-to expert for all soft services, ensuring seamless operations and client delight. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead Housekeeping & Hygiene Excellence: Oversee cleaning services for common areas, applying best practices in janitorial operations, chemical usage, waste management, and sanitation standards.
- Daily Quality Checks: Conduct regular site rounds to identify and resolve cleaning needs promptly.
- Plan & Organize: Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities.
- Team Leadership: Brief and debrief staff, maintain discipline, and foster a culture of professionalism and growth through training and skill enhancement.
- Vendor Management: Supervise vendor personnel, contracts, compliance, and attendance.
- Inventory & Procurement: Maintain stock levels and order supplies/equipment as needed.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare DMR, MMR, QBR, and other operational reports; manage budgets and cost estimates.
- Beautification & Events: Plan quarterly enhancements and festive dcor to elevate the property's aesthetics.
- Customer Service: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for client and tenant queries related to soft services.
- Compliance & Standards: Implement SOPs, checklists, and ensure statutory compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Housekeeping or Hospitality.
- Experience: 78 years in 5-star hotels or facility /Building operations management (mandatory).
- Skills:
- Core knowledge of housekeeping operations and soft services.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Kannada preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attributes: Analytical, detail-oriented, and a natural leader with problem-solving abilities.
