Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professional Photo & Videographer, based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include video production, camera operation, and setting up lighting for shoots. The role involves shooting and producing high-quality videos and photographs that meet the organization's creative and marketing goals. Collaboration with team members and adherence to project timelines are key aspects of this position.

Proficiency in video production and shooting high-quality video content -

• Production: Lead on-site photo and video shoots, including setting up lighting, audio equipment, and camera stabilizers (gimbals/tripods).
• Photography: Capture high-resolution commercial, product, or lifestyle imagery (depending on your specific niche).
• Cinematography: Film high-quality video content for social media (Reels, YouTube, and long-form brand stories).
• Post-Production (Crucial): Edit raw footage and photos into polished final products. This includes color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to develop storyboards and shot lists that align with brand goals.
• Asset Management: Organize and archive digital assets to ensure a streamlined workflow.

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, or a related field preferred.
