Job Description

Job Title: Professional

Line of Business: Employee Relations

Reports to: Associate Director- HR

Brief Objective of the Role:

As an Employee Relations team member, you will support the HR team in maintaining a positive work environment by assisting in employee relations activities, handling grievances, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the field of HR and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting investigations into employee complaints and document findings.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive fair, structured, and effective Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) interventions, supporting decision-making through progress reviews, governance oversight, and outcome alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and communications.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and communication materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent application of policies.
  • Support exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement opportunities.
  • Help organize training sessions on workplace behavior and compliance. Monitor employee morale and escalate concerns when necessary.

  • Basic Knowledge of Labor Laws: Understanding of workplace rights and responsibilities.
  • Empathy & Listening: Ability to understand employee perspectives.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and maintain records efficiently.

Key Interactions:

  • Interact with the respective team, stakeholders, reporting to his/her team lead and manager.
  • Receive instructions and seek clarification, if required.
