Professional Accounting, Senior Associate / Assistant Manager (Indore, India)

Our client is a well established professional corporate services provider with global presence. They are hiring Senior Associates / Assistant Managers to join their growing finance and accounting delivery team. This role offers the opportunity to support a range of financial reporting and management accounting functions for clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes across multiple client portfolios.
• Handle general ledger entries, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reconciliations.
• Prepare periodic reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Assist in drafting financial statements and supporting documentation for audits and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate on payment processing and disbursement activities.
• Maintain trackers, issue logs, and generate internal MIS reports.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and escalate matters as needed.
• Meet service delivery standards.

Key Requirements

• Strong communication (English language), client handling, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with KPO/BPO background would be preferred.
• Working Knowledge of Lease accounting, Intercompany transactions, loan amortization and SPV accounting preferred.
• Semi-qualified CA (both groups of Intermediate cleared) with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
