Role Overview
The Product Solutions Specialist – CTS acts as a critical link between clinical practice and commercial teams, leveraging deep dental expertise to drive product adoption, enhance customer experience, and strengthen clinical credibility. The role focuses on supporting sales through clinical excellence, training, and end-to-end customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Clinical Support
- Partner with sales teams to achieve territory sales targets and drive growth across product categories
- Accompany field executives on customer visits to provide clinical expertise and enhance conversions
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations to dentists and key decision-makers
- Ensure the right product mix through strong clinical positioning
- Understand dentist needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Address product-related queries with strong clinical and technical knowledge
- Build long-term relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Conduct structured product training (on-job and classroom) for sales teams
- Deliver post-sales clinical training to doctors and clinic staff
- Strengthen the clinical competency of the field force to improve sales effectiveness
- Provide ongoing customer follow-up to ensure product satisfaction and optimal usage
- Capture customer insights and funnel product feedback to Product Management teams
- Support resolution of clinical or product-related concerns
- Drive product-focused initiatives based on POB (Primary Order Booking) tracking
- Lead special projects to increase product penetration and acquire new accounts
- Support launches and adoption of new technologies and solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Studies (BDS or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dental/clinical sales, clinical support, or training roles
- Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to translate into sales impact
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and training programs
- Experience with digital dentistry solutions (CAD/CAM, imaging, etc.)
- Strong training and facilitation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
