Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Oversee end-to-end production activities, including monthly production planning, inventory coordination, execution schedules, and close collaboration with shop-floor teams to meet quality and timeline targets.
- Represent the Maati brand at farmer's markets, exhibitions, flea markets, and curated retail events across Delhi to communicate brand values, share product stories, and build relationships with customers.
- Take complete ownership of planning and executing market events, including logistics coordination, stall setup, product display management, stock tracking, and post-event reviews.
- Maintain accurate records related to production output, inventory movement, event performance, and sales data to support trend analysis and inform future strategic decision-making.
