Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Team Member role based in gandhinagar .The Production Team Member will support day-to-day assembly and manufacturing activities for electric scooters, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include assisting with production planning, preparing materials and components, operating basic tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role will involve conducting basic quality checks, identifying defects, and escalating issues to supervisors for resolution. The Production Team Member will collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet daily production targets, participate in on-the-job training, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Qualifications

  • Ability to support Production Planning and contribute to efficient scheduling and resource allocation on the shop floor.
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and teammates, and to report issues clearly and promptly.
  • Basic understanding of Quality Control practices, including visual inspection, measurement checks, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Willingness to learn and assist in Production Management tasks such as tracking output, documenting work, and following standard operating procedures.
  • Openness to Training, with the capacity to quickly learn new processes, tools, and safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly (automotive, EV, or related industry) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, handle light to moderate physical work, and follow safety and PPE guidelines.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or production trades is an advantage.
