About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AVP – Production Support to lead L1/L2 support operations for critical Market Operations and Collateral Management platforms. The role will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, incident management, batch processing governance, and operational excellence across trade processing and post-trade environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting the COLLINE Collateral Management platform, along with expertise in Linux, SQL, ETL processes, and enterprise batch scheduling tools such as Tidal.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead L1/L2 production support for Market Operations and Collateral Management applications.
- Support and manage the COLLINE platform and related collateral management workflows.
- Monitor and maintain Linux-based production environments.
- Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage SQL and ETL-related production issues.
- Oversee batch scheduling, reconciliation, and job execution through Tidal.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational KPIs, and service stability targets.
- Partner with Development, Infrastructure, Business Operations, and Release Management teams.
- Support production releases, change management, and platform enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve platform availability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and operational risk requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of Production/Application Support experience within Capital Markets or Financial Services.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
