Production Support Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supoort Manager to oversee our dynamic development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve system/application issues, collaborating with teams to minimize business impact.
• Analyse logs/metrics using debugging tools to identify root causes.
• Maintain records of incidents, Root Cause Analysis.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, and business users to prioritize fixes and implement enhancements.
• Investigate recurring issues to prevent future disruptions.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and compliance with service agreements.

Technical Requirements

• Languages: MySQL, Oracle, Mongo DB.
• Domain knowledge: Lending domain (LOS/LMS/Supply Chain Finance)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BE, Bsc IT or related field.
• Experience:3-6 years of experience in production support, helpdesk management, or a related role.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical background with knowledge of IT systems, SQL/Oracle and software applications.
• Handson experience in the Lending domain & worked on LOS/LMS/Supply Chain Finance (SCF) product/s.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
